Scandelaia Olive Oil is not a blend.

Every organic, single estate, extra virgin olive oil drop comes from the olive trees on our own restored terraces - pressed within hours of harvest. A limited quantity we can trace back to a single hillside in Tuscany.

We produce around 450 litres in a good year. That scarcity is not a marketing choice; it's simply what this land gives us.

The result is an oil with real character -grown slowly, harvested by hand and bottled close to home. Nothing added, nothing rushed.
