Our organic extra virgin olive oil in a 1 litre tin — stored in the dark to protect its freshness and flavour. Cold pressed from olives harvested at exactly the right moment from our restored terraces.

A long peppery finish that speaks of high polyphenols and genuine quality. Stock is strictly limited. When this harvest sells out, the next will not be ready until November 2026.
