Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our olive oil comes from one place: the restored stone terraces at Scandelaia, in the Chianti hills near Castelnuovo Berardenga. The olives are hand-picked and cold pressed, and the oil is certified organic and from a single harvest, with nothing blended and nothing added.
Choose a dark glass bottle for the table or a tin for the kitchen. We make very little each year, and our new harvest arrives from Tuscany in mid November.
