Our organic extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed from olives grown on our restored terraces in Castelnuovo Berardenga, Tuscany. Bottled in dark green glass to protect the oil from light and preserve its exceptional flavour.
A gentle peppery finish and exceptional polyphenol levels. Once it's gone, there will be no more until November 2026.
